With URBAN PROTECT we created a line that repeats this successful story.
Classical design elements combined with modern fashionable cut.
The fiberglass toe cap, the sole construction and the custom-fit last offer new technical standards.

1. RUBBER OUTSOLE

The up to 300° C heat resistant HRO rubber outsole with its differently shaped profile elements offers opti-mal mobility and safe contact with the ground (SRC).

2. EVA MIDSOLE

Thousands of tiny bubbles in this ultra lightweight midsole ensure an optimal cushioning and improve the flexing action of the foot.

3. idCELL

The idCELL element in the heel area consists of EVA, a very soft, shock absorbing material. It perfectly absorbs impacts and shocks when the heel strikes the ground.

4. ROTATION POINT

The special feature of the sole is the integrated rotation point in the area of the inner metatarsus.
This point is the most severely strained part while walking. By reinforcing it, friction and thus fatigue is greatly reduced.

5. FIBERGLASS TOE CAP

The fiberglass reinforced composite toe cap offers more space for the toes,
is lighter than a common steel cap, antimagnetic and thermally insulating.

A new feature is the sole construction with the innovative IMPULSE.FOAM® midsole with anti-fatigue technology for work without tiredness.
Due to this new material, the wearer feels the comfort of shock- absorption during walking together with stability and dynamic energy return.

The anti-slip sole profile with its diagonal flex grooves ensures optimum flexibility and maximum traction (SRC).

The intelligent midsole made of IMPULSE.FOAM® reacts to every step with an energy impulse.
As a result, the IMPULSE.FOAM® not only returns up to 55% of the energy,
but also ensures maximum cushioning, excellent stability and long-lasting comfort.

3. TORSION CONTROL ELEMENT

The TPU torsion control element in the middle of the sole supports the natural flexing action of the foot while walking and provides a better support and stability for the feet.

The directly injected lightweight PU midsole provides shock absorption across the whole foot.

3. SCUFF CAP

Extra high scuff cap for wearers who kneel a lot during their work.

4. VOLUME PLUS

The special shape of the last provides more space to the small toes and the ball of the foot. This extra com- fort is available up to size 48.

5. YKK ZIPPER

The YKK zipper at the side enables an easy putting on and taking off.
The closed dust flap behind the zipper stops the penetration of dirt and prevents from unpleasant pressure points.
